Our Porcess:
Step 1:Client send project description to DBA management (Porject manager: Mier Hao Email: ywhao.dba@gmail.com) Project information includes site plan, floor plans, elevations and texture materials.Interior renderings are needed an electrical plan for the lighting's location.
We work from CAD files or scanned blueprints, PDF or hand drawings.
*Client will receive quote within 24 hours.
After your approval on the quote, we will start work without receiving any deposit. (Risk free term!)
Step 2: Client will be updated with a preliminary rendering(models). And if need, we will make correction based on your comments.
After getting your approval, we will proceed to next step. *At this moment, we need take 50% payment as a deposit.
Step 3: Client will be updated with Textured rendering.
After getting your approval, we will proceed to the next step. Minor changes or corrections are allowed.
Step 4: Final rendering with landscaping and surroundings will be updated for getting approval.
Any resonable corrections are allowed. Will take extra charges if major changes occured.
*Final rendering will be sent to client after receiving the rest of payment.
Animation will be updated with preliminary animation in our video blog.
Physical Models will be updated with photos during the process.
